What You’ll Be Doing
The Advanced Analytics and AI Team is at the forefront of leveraging data and AI to transform CIBC’s business operations and deliver strategic value. As the Senior Consultant, People Change Management – Advanced Analytics & AI, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption of Advanced Analytics and AI programs across the organization. You will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies that enable employees and stakeholders to embrace and effectively use new data-driven tools, processes, and insights.

What You’ll Be Doing
The Advanced Analytics and AI Team is at the forefront of leveraging data and AI to transform CIBC’s business operations and deliver strategic value. As the Senior Consultant, People Change Management – Advanced Analytics & AI, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption of Advanced Analytics and AI programs across the organization. You will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies that enable employees and stakeholders to embrace and effectively use new data-driven tools, processes, and insights.

How You’ll Succeed
- End-to-End Change Leadership - You will develop and execute change management strategies tailored to advanced analytics and AI initiatives. This includes crafting the change narrative, conducting change impact assessments, and identifying key stakeholders, impacts, and potential resistors. You will design and implement change plans to support employees through each stage of the change journey, ensuring the successful adoption of new tools and processes.
- Driving Adoption of Analytics and AI Solutions - You will work closely with technical teams to understand the capabilities of advanced analytics and AI solutions and translate them into clear, actionable benefits for end users. You will support development of training programs, communication plans, and engagement strategies to help employees and leaders embrace data-driven decision-making.
- Strategic Consulting- You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insights and recommendations on how to manage the people side of change for analytics and AI initiatives. You will synthesize complex ideas into clear, actionable strategies and deliver executive-level presentations to influence decision-making. You will also provide industry trends and benchmarks to guide change management efforts.
- Collaboration and Relationship Building- You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, business leaders, and HR partners, to ensure alignment and coordination across all change management activities. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, acting as a bridge between technical teams and business users to drive successful outcomes.
- Communication and Risk Management- You will proactively manage communications and risks associated with change initiatives. You will ensure that messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with organizational goals, and you will address resistance and challenges in a constructive and effective manner.
- You have a degree/diploma in Business, Change Management or a related field. You have 3+ years of experience with People Change Management concepts with a focus on change delivery.
- You can demonstrate experience in change management and strategy development. It’s an asset if you have an understanding of Prosci’s ADKAR methodology.
- You're passionate about people and technology. You are excited about the potential of advanced analytics and AI to transform the way we work, and you are equally passionate about helping people navigate and embrace change.
- You are skilled in communication and training. You excel at creating clear, engaging communication materials and training programs to support change initiatives. You are proficient in using tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and other collaboration platforms.
