A Day in the Life

  • Operate the telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and forward calls
  • Provide information to customers, taking messages, and scheduling appointments over the phone and in-person
  • Prepare the daily bank deposit, stocks vehicles and provide administrative support
  • Complete website updates and maintain databases
  • Manage the Floorplan
  • Provide accounts payable and accounts receivable support

A Great Attitude will get you 90% there, for the rest, we’re looking for

  • Outstanding over the phone and in-person customer service skills
  • Highly organized and accurate, with excellent multi-tasking skills
  • A strong attention to detail
  • A willingness and ability to learn new methods and systems
  • A solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Accounts payable experience is considered an asset
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License upon employment
