On-site: This role is categorized as onsite on a full time basis. Primary location will be Oshawa with travel to also St Catharines, CAMI and other Canadian locations
The Role:
The Health Center Supervisor is responsible for direct management of nursing staff and delivery of clinical operations across Canada. They guide and support medical staff, promote communications, monitor medical programs, integrate with the local business, be responsible for the site emergency response program, and promote health and well-being.

What You'll Do:
- Supervision of Day-to-Day Health Center operations
- Lead and Develop Direct Reports
- Promote communication
- Integrate with Business Partners
- Maintain Health Center Compliance
- Monitor Physical Exam Program
- Support Medical Emergency Response Activities
- Support Wellness/Wellbeing initiatives at the site
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):
- Registered Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- 5+ years of nursing experience required, Supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to communicate, motivate, and inspire direct reports and others
- Ability to lead change within work groups and departments
- Canadian Nurses Association Certification as Occupational Health Nursing OHN (C) or Occupational Health Nursing Certificate preferred
- Demonstrates creative and critical thinking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Previous Supervisory experience in a medical environment
