Responsabilités principales :

Gestion du site Web DTC :

  • Superviser et optimiser les listes de produits, la catégorisation, les prix et les promotions sur le site Web DTC.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes informatiques et de développement pour résoudre les problèmes, améliorer et maintenir la fonctionnalité de la plateforme, et garantir que le contenu est précis et cohérent avec les stratégies d'inventaire et de vente.

Gestion des e-commerçants et des marketplaces :

  • Collaborer avec des e-commerçants tiers (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) pour garantir que les produits sont correctement listés et optimisés tout en respectant les directives des marketplaces.
  • Coordonner avec les e-commerçants les campagnes promotionnelles, les lancements de produits et les stratégies de tarification pour maximiser la visibilité et les ventes.

Promotions et campagnes :

  • Planifier et exécuter des promotions de produits, des offres saisonnières et des offres à durée limitée pour le site DTC et les e-commerçants.
  • Coordonner avec l'équipe marketing pour aligner les promotions du site Web et des e-commerçants avec les campagnes marketing plus larges.

Contenu et merchandising visuel :

  • Veiller à ce que les pages de produits soient visuellement attrayantes, avec des images de haute qualité, des vidéos et une image de marque cohérente sur le site Web DTC et les e-commerçants externes.
  • Surveiller et mettre à jour le contenu pour refléter les tendances actuelles, les niveaux d'inventaire et les offres saisonnières.

Performance des produits et analyse des données :

  • Générer des rapports réguliers sur la performance des produits, identifier les tendances et prendre des décisions basées sur les données pour optimiser les affichages et les listes de produits.
  • Surveiller les commentaires et avis des clients, en traitant les problèmes liés aux listes de produits ou à la performance du site.

Compétences et qualifications requises :

  • Diplôme de baccalauréat en marketing, commerce ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Expérience avérée dans le merchandising eCommerce, avec un accent sur les sites Web DTC et les e-commerçants tiers.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en collaboration, avec la capacité de travailler de manière transversale et de gérer les relations avec les partenaires externes.
  • Solides compétences organisationnelles et attention aux détails, avec la capacité de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
  • Expérience de travail avec Hybris (ou des plateformes eCommerce similaires) pour la gestion des produits et l'optimisation des sites Web est un plus.
  • Familiarité avec la gestion des flux de produits, les systèmes d'inventaire et les plateformes de marketplaces externes est un plus.

Compétences souhaitables :

  • Familiarité avec les systèmes ERP et les outils de gestion de l'information produit (PIM).
  • Connaissance de base de HTML/CSS pour aider aux modifications de base du site Web.
  • Connaissance des meilleures pratiques UX/UI pour les sites Web eCommerce.

Key Responsibilities: DTC Website Management:
  • Oversee and optimize product listings, categorization, pricing, and promotions on the DTC website
  • Collaborate with the IT and development teams to troubleshoot, improve, and maintain platform functionality and ensure that content is accurate and consistent with inventory and sales strategies.
E-tailer & Marketplace Management:
  • Collaborate with third-party e-tailers (Amazon, Walmart, etc) to ensure products are correctly listed and optimized while adhering to marketplace guidelines..
  • Coordinate with e-tailers on promotional campaigns, product launches, and pricing strategies to maximize visibility and sales.
Promotions & Campaigns:
  • Plan and execute product promotions, seasonal offers, and limited-time deals for both the DTC site and e-tailers.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align website and e-tailer promotions with broader marketing campaigns.
Content & Visual Merchandising:
  • Ensure product pages are visually engaging, with high-quality images, videos, and consistent branding on both the DTC website and external e-tailers.
  • Monitor and update content to reflect current trends, inventory levels, and seasonal offerings.
Product Performance & Data Analysis:
  • Generate regular reports on product performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product displays and listings.
  • Monitor customer feedback and reviews, addressing any issues related to product listings or site performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in eCommerce merchandising , with a focus on DTC websites and third-party e-tailers .
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with external partners.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with Hybris (or similar eCommerce platforms) for product management and website optimization is a plus
  • Familiarity with product feed management, inventory systems, and external marketplace platforms is a plus.
Desirable Skills:
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and Product Information Management (PIM) tools.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to assist with basic website changes.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI best practices for eCommerce websites.
