We are currently looking for part-time Security Guards with an OFA2 certificate to join our team at the college in Victoria.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing excellent customer service to both the client and its guests
• OFA 2 response for all first aid incidents
• Responding to emergency service requests
• Responding to client requests
• Managing the access control
• Patrolling duties including regular interior and exterior patrols
• Ability to complete incident reports on a daily basis
• Reporting site incidents to operations Managers
• Detect, challenge and relocate unwanted persons
• Responding to fire alarm
• Evacuating the building in case of emergency
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• A valid BC security guard license
• Have a valid Occupational First Aid certificate OFA2
• Be eligible to work in Canada
• Have a minimum of one year of security guard experience
• Available to work part time and during weekends
• Have a clear criminal background
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
