What You’ll Do

  • Management and administration of SCCM/MECM environment, including co-management with Intune
  • Advanced experience in creating and maintaining standardized Windows images (Desired Configuration Management)
  • Windows application packaging & task sequences, Windows Installer, MSI, and MSIX
  • Expertise in Microsoft SQL scripting, queries, and reporting
  • Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and PowerShell scripting
  • Managing Microsoft updates with SCCM (Patch Tuesday)
  • Advanced experience in Active Directory Group Policy design, configuration, and management
  • Desktop and laptop computer hardware configuration, troubleshooting, and repair
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues

What You'll Need

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Must have minimum five (5) years experience desktop engineering or a related field supporting a large scale (1000+ endpoints), mission critical enterprise in a 24x7 operating environment or equivalent
  • Proven competency in Computer Support (Tier 2)
  • Strong knowledge of network troubleshooting
  • Experience with Lenovo desktops and notebooks
  • Experience with Panasonic ruggedized Toughbooks
  • Management and administration of SCCM/MECM environment
  • Management of Windows endpoints with Intune
  • Advanced experience in creating and maintaining standardized Windows images (Desired Configuration Management)
  • Windows application packaging & task sequences, Windows Installer, MSI, and MSIX
  • Microsoft SQL scripting, queries, and reporting expertise
  • Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and PowerShell scripting
  • Managing Microsoft updates with SCCM (Patch Tuesday)
  • Windows 11 advanced technical experience
  • Advanced experience in Active Directory Group Policy design, configuration, and management
  • Desktop and laptop computer hardware configuration, troubleshooting, and repair
