Whether you prefer working from a bustling city hub or a quiet home office, we enable our teams to thrive from anywhere while staying deeply connected through our strong collaborative culture.

Your Role

Hey there, I’m Justine Hernandez, the Operations Manager here at WebPros, and your hiring manager. I’ve grown with this company over the last 8 years, starting in a role focused on supporting teams, and gradually taking on broader responsibilities across business operations. That journey has shaped how I lead today: with a deep appreciation for the behind-the-scenes work that enables others to thrive. What excites me most about leading the Operations team is being able to create structure in our growing organization and empowering others to operate with clarity and confidence.

The Operations team supports internal processes across the company, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and resourceful Procurement Specialist II to support procurement (cost of goods sold/COGS). This role ensures that purchasing workflows run smoothly from request to approval, and stakeholders across the organization get the tools and services they need with full compliance and accountability.

Below, you’ll find everything you need to decide if this role is right for you. From our culture and work style to the specifics of the position and hiring process. We believe in transparency, so we’ve put in the effort to give you a real, inside look at what it’s like to work here.

Your Impact In The First 180 Days

We don’t believe in endless checklists of requirements. Instead, here’s what success looks like in your first 6 months:

  • 30 Days:
    • Get fully onboarded with our internal tools (e.g. Confluence, Jira, Slack, shared folders)
    • Familiarize yourself with current procurement and vendor coordination processes
    • Meet key cross-functional stakeholders involved in procurement (Finance, Accounting, Legal, Engineering, etc.)
    • Shadow live procurement cases and observe internal review and approval steps
  • 60 Days:
    • Begin managing smaller procurement requests independently with little oversight
    • Establish working rhythms with Accounting, Legal, and stakeholders
    • Identify opportunities to improve the flow of communication and clarity in handoffs
  • 120 Days:
    • Confidently support complex procurement requests by coordinating between teams, and tracking progress in Jira.
    • Provide feedback on internal workflows based on real cases, especially where gaps or ambiguities affect turnaround.
    • Assist with maintaining procurement documentation and updating stakeholders on evolving best practices
  • 180 Days:
    • Act as a reliable coordination partner for procurement workflows, ensuring vendors are supported and internal processes are followed.
    • Champion consistent usage of internal tools and guidance, helping stakeholders engage the system effectively.
    • Collaborate with the Operations team to support future improvements or scale processes as needed.
As a fully integrated member of the Operations team, you will play a key role in sustaining and evolving our procurement workflows. You will consistently collaborate across departments to ensure requests move smoothly from intake to execution, while identifying areas where tooling, documentation, and processes can be refined. As volume or complexity increases, you’ll help shape scalable practices that make procurement more accessible and efficient for stakeholders. By 180 days, I expect the individual in this role to be known as a primary resource for procurement as it relates to Cost of Goods Sold.

You’ll Thrive Here If You

  • Are highly organized, resourceful, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Are passionate about process improvement
  • Can comfortably engage with vendors and high-level stakeholders
  • Have experience working with global time zones and with cross-functional teams
  • Have proven experience in procurement/vendor management, and understand the basics of contract review

You Might Struggle Here If You

  • Prefer working with a perfectly defined process or rigid hierarchy
  • Find task management or documentation tedious
  • Are uncomfortable juggling multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities
  • Require frequent, detailed instructions before you can get started

Your Hiring Experience

Hi, I’m Florian, your Talent Partner for EMEA at WebPros. I’ll guide you through the interview process, ensuring a clear, transparent, and meaningful experience. My goal is to make this process a genuine, two-way conversation where you feel informed, valued, and empowered to make the best decision for your career.

Hiring is about relationships, not just resumes. You can expect honest, constructive feedback at every step, and I welcome yours as well. No matter the outcome, I want this to be a positive and insightful experience. If you’d like to connect, feel free to reach out on LinkedIn.

This is your chance to ask questions and ensure the role aligns with your professional goals.
