About The Role
As Director – Policy & Public Affairs, you will play a critical leadership role in the management and strategic direction of CECA Ltd. Reporting directly to the Board, you will drive the organisation’s policy agenda, enhance stakeholder relationships, ensure operational excellence, and lead a small, dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Management
Define and deliver CECA’s strategic vision, ensuring long-term impact and influence for the membership.
Policy & Advocacy
Represent CECA at national and regional levels; engage with policymakers, regulators, and government bodies to influence infrastructure and industry-related policy.
Membership Engagement
Strengthen and grow CECA’s membership base through effective support, engagement initiatives, and collaborative opportunities.
Operational Management
Oversee daily operations, ensure financial sustainability, and maintain high-performance standards across the organisation.
Stakeholder & Industry Engagement
Build and sustain strong relationships with key industry leaders, public sector partners, and CECA’s regional network.
Leadership
Lead with integrity, inspire your team, and cultivate a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration.
