Job purpose: This is an exciting role for a Project Manager to work in a high performing team with multiple clients in multiple therapy areas. With no week/month the same, the Project Manager reports to the NA Project Manager Lead and supports managing projects end to end. The projects will be for local and global pharmaceutical organisations, primarily in Canada and possible beyond (i.e. – rest of world) aligned to business need.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
STEM Healthcare is a dynamic, fast paced global pharmaceutical and life sciences strategic benchmarking firm headquartered in the UK and present across six continents. STEM have developed an audit process and built a benchmarking database with more than 500,000 face-to-face observations completed across 52 countries. The benchmark provided is unique in the pharmaceutical industry consisting of over 100 KPIs, while focusing on 2-3 key priorities during formulation of action planning to help clients further accelerate performance.
STEM accelerates performance, improves strategic alignment, and facilitates excellence in marketing, medical, market access and account plans strategy execution. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Orchestrate and manage the core operational elements involved in the execution and delivery of high value client projects in collaboration with the Project Director
- Review brand materials and generate clarifying questions for client discussion
- Collaborate with Project Director to generate early story hypothesis
- Develop interview and observational guide questions used to gather market research data
- Conduct one-on-one interviews with Senior level leadership across the top Pharma companies
- Work with Project Coordinator and Field Leads to ensure field execution excellence
- Track and monitor completion of project and provide project updates to client
- Build comprehensive project specific presentations to train and brief Field Specialists
- Collaborate with Project Director in developing client presentations
- Craft the early presentation story by providing direction and guidance to the analysis team
- Cascade of results presentation to the marketing and sales managers/rep teams after presented to the executive leadership team by the PD, VP or GM.
- Conduct project presentations to internal and external STEM stakeholders as needed
- Collaborate with Project Manager Lead, Project Managers, and global team to identify best practices and standards to deliver global projects that drive efficiency throughout the organization
- STEM has an excellent reputation with their clients, and as a fast-growing business, there are opportunities to expand and develop beyond the role when success has been demonstrated
- STEM offers the opportunity to move into more senior and / or above country roles for the right talent as part of their long-term career development
- Bachelor’s Degree is required - ideally in a relevant area (for example, Business Studies / Life Sciences).
- Evidence of having coordinated or managed significant projects end to end (with client/external facing role preferred)
- People management experience is preferred.

- Experience using Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
