Ce poste est pour vous !Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un(e) Agent Méthodes pour rejoindre notre équipe du Secteur Client basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada). Vous ferez partie de l’équipe des Opérations - Prévol et Livraison chargée des essais moteurs, des phases de vols et de la livraison des avions. L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement. Votre rôle en tant qu'Agent Méthodes sera d'offrir un support technique aux employés de production du Secteur Client. Vous devrez déterminer comment exécuter les travaux de l'ensemble des opérations de la Ligne Client du A220 à Mirabel. • Définir et écrire des instructions et des séquences de travail, selon les requis de l’ingénierie et les spécifications de l’entreprise, pour l’installation de composants électrique et avionique sur l’avion en utilisant différents logiciels tels que SAP, CATIA V5 et 3DVia;
• Participer à l’investigation des causes profondes des problèmes et analyser les solutions potentielles en évaluant les coûts, les impacts et les risques d’un changement de production;
• Participer à la planification et à la mise en uvre des changements de production ou l’introduction de nouvelle configuration et coordonner la première unité;
• Soutenir les activités quotidiennes de la production;
• Participer à la définition des exigences d’outillage, à l’assemblage et à la mise en uvre de divers équipements de production selon la méthodologie optimale en tenant compte du composant santé / sécurité.

Votre profil:

• Vous avez complété un DEC, BAC, DEP ou équivalent, dans un domaine connexe;
• Vous détenez un minimum de cinq (5) ans d’expérience pertinente;
• Vous avez un bon niveau de connaissances en français et en anglais parlé et écrit;
• Vous avez de bonnes compétences en organisation et en planification;
• Vous êtes débrouillard, autonome et avez de bonnes compétences en résolution de problèmes;
• Vous avez un bon jugement et vous travaillez bien au sein d’une équipe multidisciplinaire.

Then this job is for you! The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Method Agent to join our Customer Line team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada). You will be part of the Customer Line team responsible for engine testing, flight testing and delivery of the A220 aircrafts. The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively. Your role as Method Agent is to give technical support to the production employees for the activities on customer line aircrafts. You will have to determine how to execute the work for all operations of the A220 Mirabel Customer Line. Your challenges:

Define and write instructions and work sequences according to engineering requirements and company specifications for the installation of electrical and avionics components on the aircraft using various software tools such as SAP, CATIA V5, and 3DVia;

• Participate in root cause investigations of issues and analyze potential solutions by assessing costs, impacts, and risks of production changes;
• Participate in the planning and implementation of production changes or the introduction of new configurations and coordinate the first unit;
• Support daily production activities;
• Assist in defining tool requirements and in the assembly and implementation of various production equipment following optimal methodology, considering health and safety components.

• You have completed a DEC, BAC, DEP, or equivalent, in a relevant field;
• You have a minimum of five (5) years of revelant experience;
• You possess a good level of proficiency in spoken and written French and English;
• You have strong organizational and planning skills;
• You are resourceful, autonomous, and possess good problem-solving skills;
• You have good judgment and work well within a multidisciplinary team.
