The Opportunity
The Supervisor of Infrastructure oversees, manages and maintains the overall Infrastructure technology operations to support the organizations technology requirements. This position is responsible for leading operations and infrastructure personnel, coaching and mentoring team members, technology vision, and oversight for reliable Infrastructure operations, project execution and compliance with all cyber security guidelines

The Opportunity
The Supervisor of Infrastructure oversees, manages and maintains the overall Infrastructure technology operations to support the organizations technology requirements. This position is responsible for leading operations and infrastructure personnel, coaching and mentoring team members, technology vision, and oversight for reliable Infrastructure operations, project execution and compliance with all cyber security guidelines
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Infrastructure Support Team, overseeing performance, development, and daily operations.
- Oversee deployment, maintenance, and upgrades of IT infrastructure, including compute, storage, and backup systems.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Information Systems Manager, aligning infrastructure with business needs.
- Manage 24/7 monitoring and after-hours support to ensure continuous infrastructure availability.
- Handle budgeting for infrastructure software, licenses, communication services, and subscriptions.
- Develop and enforce infrastructure policies in collaboration with other tech teams.
- Ensure compliance and manage licensing for Microsoft 365 and related vendor relationships.
- Maintain comprehensive infrastructure documentation and support the execution of the technology roadmap.
- Drive project success through prioritization, issue resolution, and cross-departmental communication.
- Ensure audit compliance and maintain IT general controls.
- Oversee data center operations, including UPS systems, and ensure efficient issue resolution processes.
Your qualifications include:
- Minimum of 3 Year Diploma in Information Technology, University Degree in Computer science or a related discipline;
- 7 + years' experience Information Technology Professional;
- 5+ years supervisory experience in IT role.
- You have expert experience with monitoring / support / diagnostic tools; Server Infrastructure; Storage Infrastructure; Environment monitoring tools; high level network and information system design.
- You have expert troubleshooting and analytical skills; excellent written and oral communications skills; strong leadership, relationship-building and interpersonal skills including contract and vendor negotiations.
- You have experience in presenting to and leading executive steering committees and project management skills.
