Your responsibilities

• Proven HR partnership experience with demonstrable business acumen.
• Expertise in guiding leadership teams and influencing at a senior level.
• A strategic thinker with a track record of solving complex organizational issues.
• Skilled in change leadership, HR project management, and developing talent.
• Adept at using data to weave compelling narratives that drive HR interventions.
• Strong agility to work independently in a faced-pace organization

The experience we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree (Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field/experience)

• Progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.

• -Proven track record in strategic HR leadership, change management, and organizational development.

• Strong knowledge of Canadian labor laws and HR best practices.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
