About The Role

  • You will build relationships and become the customers first call when they have a problem or need.
  • Set your own schedule and priorities to deliver customer value.

Reporting To The Branch Manager, You Will

  • Operate independently and with support of Motion Specialists and Shop Services teams
  • Call on current and prospective customers to grow the business
  • Learn about Motions diverse product and services offerings
  • Grow your knowledge to increase your value to your customers
  • Deliver solutions-based proposals and products to address those customer needs/goals
  • Drive cost savings, efficiencies and increased safety in the customers operations
  • Consult with customers to understand their pain points and improvement goals
  • Work to become a trusted consultant, problem solver and first call for your customers
  • Conduct product presentations and demos at customer sites
  • Utilize manufacturer representatives to assist in solving customer issues and demonstrations
  • Participate in Motion and manufacturer training
  • Share your big ideas, learn from your mistakes, ask for help and lend a hand when needed
