About The Position
Our client, a company specializing in building automation, is looking for a Test Specialist to strengthen its product lifecycle team. You will play a key role in the continuous improvement of solutions, ensuring the validation of technical changes, test bench management, and product compliance with established requirements.
Your main missions
Develop and execute test plans (scenarios, protocols, and measurement methodologies)
Verify and validate product compliance by performing rigorous tests
Ensure the maintenance and proper operation of test benches
Document test results and write detailed analysis reports
Collaborate closely with the R&D, production, and quality teams
Organize the transfer of test benches to the product lifecycle team
Identify and propose improvements to optimize Testing tools and procedures
Conduct technology monitoring on products and associated test benches
Your profile
Education: Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology, Automation and Control (DEC or equivalent)
Experience: 5 to 10 years in a similar position
