Key Responsibilities
- Support the designer-coordinator team in various administrative tasks, including:
- Preparing required documents for material sourcing.
- Following up with external suppliers and entering relevant data.
- Measuring samples and coordinating wash tests.
- Managing and maintaining the fabric libraries.
- Preparing Simons’ seasonal palettes.
- Providing administrative support for special projects.
- Performing any other related administrative duties in support of the Imports team.
- Ability to work independently while being an engaged team member.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Comfortable using computers (PC environment) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
