We are looking for a detail-oriented Training Lead to design and support the delivery of end-user training for our ERP-IFS transformation program. This role focuses on enabling Super Users to train their teams using contextualized, business-specific learning. Reporting to the Manager, Learning & Development, the Training Lead will ensure all logistics are in place, training materials are properly managed, and progress is tracked and reported across business units.
This is a 6-month contract role.

Key Responsibilities
Training Design
- Using best practice instructional design methodology creates a robust training program to ensure ERP training objectives and outcomes are achieved in a timely manner.
- Create and manage the training delivery schedule in line with the ERP rollout timeline.
- Work with Super Users and Change Coordinators to ensure training sessions are planned and resourced appropriately.
- Track training activities across departments and identify risks, blockers, or delays.
- Ability to scope ERP training project with attention to detail and ability to meet ambitious timelines
- Monitor and manage training project risks
- Organize logistics for training sessions (e.g., venues, invites, equipment, system access).
- Ensure availability of required tools and materials before and during each session.
- Provide support to Super Users during their training delivery (virtual or in-person).
- Manage the library of training materials, ensuring content is version-controlled, consistent, and up to date.
- Work with Business Analysts, Super Users, and other SMEs to collect, organize, and distribute relevant job aids, quick reference guides, and walkthroughs.
- Monitor training completion and participation, escalating issues when targets are not met.
- Maintain a central tracker for training progress by role, team, and region.
- Gather feedback and coordinate updates or refreshers as needed.
- Act as the first point of contact for training-related queries and issues.
- Proactively identify problems or gaps in training plans or execution and work with relevant teams for resolution.
- Keep stakeholders informed with regular updates, dashboards, or briefings.
- 3+ years’ experience in training design and delivery, program support, and project coordination, ideally within ERP or large transformation projects.
- Prior experience with instructional and curriculum design are necessary
- Experience working in an LMS, developing training materials and facilitating training sessions are a must
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
- Comfortable working with stakeholders across business functions and levels.
- Proficiency with tools like Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and scheduling platforms.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or enterprise training environments is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Strong communicator, able to follow up and follow through with diverse teams.
- Problem-solver who can work independently while knowing when to escalate.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced project environments.
