We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, the Business Analyst will manage mid to lower scale projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including process maps, business requirements, and functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions.

Project Management

  • Manage mid to low complexity projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to ensure successful completion.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and feedback.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and business analysis findings.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and project management.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in business processes and project management practices.
  • Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Project management skills with experience leading projects.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2), or similar.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of business process modeling tools.
  • Strong knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft tools
  • Knowledge and experience with project management applications (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
