Position Overview

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Fleet Maintenance Technician to keep our equipment running safely and efficiently. This role involves performing routine maintenance, diagnosing issues, and completing repairs on a variety of mechanical and electrical systems. If you're hands-on, detail-oriented, and enjoy solving mechanical challenges, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform regular maintenance and minor repairs on fleet vehicles, including oil changes, tire replacements, and component swaps.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Use hand tools and specialized diagnostic equipment to complete repairs accurately and safely.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and services performed.
  • Ensure all work meets safety standards and complies with relevant regulations.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.

Knowledge & Skills Required

  • Proficient in engine repair and general mechanical systems.
  • Skilled in the use of hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams.
  • Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
  • Clear communicator and effective team player.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to walk, stand, climb, kneel, carry, and reach for extended periods.
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, around vehicles and machinery with moving parts.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized shop at all times.
