Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Risk Management, the Enterprise Risk Analyst has responsibility for the Operational Risk and Resilience program and Third Party Risk Management.

This is a 4 month contract with the possibility of extension.

Here is where you will be focusing to ensure your success.

Regulatory Compliance: Support the OSFI Third Party Data Call project by gathering, reviewing, and validating data submissions to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Third Party Risk Management Oversight: Assist with second-line oversight to ensure risk assessments are completed in compliance with the Third-Party Risk Management program.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to support risk management initiatives, reporting, and process improvements.

Reporting & Documentation: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for risk governance activities.

Incident Management Support: Help ensure third-party incidents are reported in adherence with the Incident Management program and assist with tracking and reporting.

Data and Analytics: Support the team as required on any data ana analytics initiatives.

What We Are Looking For.

  • A recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
  • A keen interest in enterprise risk management, governance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
