Reporting to the Project Director, the incumbent will help coordinate the unit's activities, ensure follow-ups, and perform all other administrative tasks.

Reporting to the Project Director, the incumbent will help coordinate the unit's activities, ensure follow-ups, and perform all other administrative tasks.
Your Mandates, Your Challenges
- Manage all official communications, exchange emails, etc.;
- File documents;
- Balance invoices;
- Invoicing;
- Purchasing;
- Plan and manage projects;
- Collect and monitor accounts receivable;
- Answer incoming calls;
- Enter data into various systems;
- Follow up with clients;
- Any other related tasks.
- DEP (Diploma of Professional Studies) in office automation or any other relevant training;
- 1 to 2 years of experience in administration;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Organizational skills and autonomy;
- Ease of working with in-house software;
- Work ethic;
- Good communication skills, both oral and written Writing;
- Proficiency in the Office suite;
- Team spirit, discretion, and dynamism.
