Responsibiliti
- esResponsible for the bi-weekly payroll for 40+ salaried staff that all our staff receive on-time paychecks and understand their salaries thorough
- lyReviewing and validating employees’ approved hours, direct deposits, scheduling maintenanc
- e,Provide accurate reporting and reconciliation of vacation balance, sick days leave balance and payroll rate history on a regular basi
- s.Assist controller to maintain and reconcile Timesheet system (Calamari) for staff’s payroll and HR recor
- dsSupport Human Resources as need
- edAdministrating Group benefit enrollment, changes and cancellation et
- c.Back up weekly deposit when AR is not availab
- leAccurately review, code, and process vendor invoic
- esProcess checks requests and expense reports on a regular bas
- isVerifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transaction
- s.Responsible for employee’s payroll or benefit questio

Requireme
- ntsMinimum three years payroll and accounting experience - PCP Preferr
