Your role
As a Manager, you will play a strategic and operational role in the smooth running of mandates:
- Manage a diverse client portfolio
- Plan, supervise, and review files (compilation, review engagements, audits)
- Supervise, coach, and develop a team of Collaborators
- Act as a technical reference and ensure compliance with professional standards
- Maintain strong client relationships and support their growth
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes
- CPA designation obtained
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounting firm
- Solid experience in mandate management and team supervision
- Excellent command of accounting standards
- Natural leadership, good communicator and rigorous
