Role description:

Assist with project support duties on current Architectural projects and other regular administration duties. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, and possess proficiency in Microsoft Office: Sharepoint, Office 365 Word, Excel and Outlook and strong typing, formatting and editing skills. In addition, possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

Role accountabilities:

Working with Architectural Healthcare team your role will vary from specifications, coordinating meetings, assisting with document management, submissions for permits and occupancy along with administrative responsibilities that would include:

  • Formatting and editing skills of Specifications
  • Tasks and, in conjunction with senior administrators, provide guidance to team onsite
  • Escalates issues to Lines Managers and work with them to implement solutions. Acts as a catalyst at the office level.
  • Look for opportunities for continuous improvement, especially to processes and practice.
  • Supporting compliance to company and industry processes and standards and providing on the ground reinforcement around the same.
  • Client Service focus, both internal and external.
  • Maintaining project lists and contact lists, including data inputs into company CRM program
  • Project filing and other document handling as required. Document management generally.
  • Assisting with progress draws and change orders, in support of architectural jobs
  • Assisting with document management regarding submissions for permits and occupancy
  • Assisting with issuance of supplemental instructions, site reviews and other project documentation.
  • Coordinating meetings and other architectural tasks as required
  • Supporting submission of proposals and contract review. Assist in preparation of Additional Service Requests.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience working in a large office or work environment
  • Proven multitasking and time management skills with ability to prioritize effectively with strict deadlines
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal skills

The salary range for this position is $66,000 -$99,000. The base salary represents Arcadis’ hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.
