Company Overview
iKrusher Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and oversee the sales team at our future Toronto, Ontario location. This role is responsible for setting short- and long-term sales strategies, evaluating sales programs, and implementing product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and revenue potential.
Important Note: iKrusher is in the process of securing the necessary licenses and approvals to operate in Canada. This position is being posted in anticipation of future operations. Employment offers will be contingent upon the company obtaining all required authorizations.

The Sales Manager will report to the Branch Manager – Toronto and play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, driving sales performance, and achieving a monthly revenue target of $1 million CAD. Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Performance
- Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with business objectives.
- Evaluate individual and team performance, providing coaching to maximize results.
- Forecast quarterly and annual profits, tracking progress toward sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Generate and close new business through outreach, cold calling, and emailing.
- Supervise, mentor, and train sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate sales reporting, including inventory tracking and IN/OUT status.
- Oversee stock control, warehousing, and distribution aligned with ERP systems.
- Verify invoices and ensure timely processing and deposit of payments.
- Enforce pricing protocols and company sales policies.
- Participate in discussions around expansion, acquisitions, and new product launches.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.
- Conduct weekly team meetings and regular 1-on-1 check-ins.
- Identify hiring needs and assist with recruitment and onboarding.
- Develop budgeting and staffing strategies to optimize team performance.
- 5–7 years in a Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager role.
- Experience leading and motivating a sales team.
- Proven track record managing KPIs, ROI, and sales performance metrics.
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet clients.
- Willingness to work extended hours, including occasional seven-day weeks.
- Experience in the cannabis or vape hardware industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Hands-on ERP system experience preferred.
- Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
