What will you do at Novajet?


We are looking for a bright, hardworking and articulate person to work as an Acumatica Implementation Specialist. You would work closely with the VP of Finance and take a lead role in planning, configuring, implementing, training and enhancing financial systems and processes.


What you will bring to Novajet

·        Hands-on experience with the implementation of Acumatica

·        Minimum four years of accounting, reporting, and financial systems work experience

·        Proficiency with MS Office and an accounting software

·        Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward learning and following guidance

·        Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and receptive to direction

·        Must be able to work within tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy

·        Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

·        Flexible, organized, and self-motivated individual


Responsibilities

·        Help implement Acumatica ERP and add-on modules for the Finance team

·        Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure both processes and systems are adapted to support one another

·        Train staff and maintain documentation for departmental procedures

·        Managing access, perform maintenance functions, checking data integrity, review chart of accounts, perform trouble shooting, etc.

·        Assess the ERP’s interaction with other systems and departments and create solutions for integration

·        Liaise and maintain relationships with external consultants

·        Create new reports using the new ERP for other team members

·        Assist with the roll out of other related systems

·        Assist with related projects and special assignments as required


Working Conditions

·        Office environment; Monday to Friday: On Site.
