Our Sudbury/Timmins location is currently seeking an Account Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a strong list of targeted strategic customers by building strategies and executing a defined plan
  • Manage and build strong relationships with clients
  • Promote all product verticals, strategic vendors and product lines to increase revenue and margin for any Source Atlantic and Soucie Salo safety branch
  • Support and grow selected company initiatives
  • Identify product, service and solution opportunities with new customers, existing customers and new market segments
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of the business and be able to create a solid value proposition
  • Write business proposals
  • Negotiate with key stake holders with clients
  • Continue to research new business streams, projects that would be good viable income streams
  • Follow and stay on top of all key industry trends
  • Be part of the team to draft and review contracts
  • Report and track activity in the CRM and hold regular meetings with management on progress
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of industrial sales experience
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required
  • Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment
  • Proactive, motivated, professional self-starter
  • Ability to use Internet, and Microsoft Office effectively with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Travel required
  • Knowledge of the wholesale industrial distribution industry is valuable but not required
