Reporting to the Manager, Consumer Products, the Tenant Team Supervisor will work in the Lansdowne Sports store and retail event spaces at TD Place that require tenant team merchandise.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the main point of contact, support and execution for tenant team merchandise;
  • Complete inventory management and restocking before, during, and after events;
  • Demonstrate product knowledge pertaining to all tenant team merchandise;
  • Maintain the merchandise stores, keeping them in clean and presentable fashion;
  • Generate sales reports after events;
  • Provide in-event and seasonal support for REDBLACKS and other major event days;
  • Enforce event rules, guidelines, and health and safety regulations.

What’s Needed

  • 1-3 years retail/customer service experience;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail;
  • Capable of lifting 40 pounds;
  • The ability to manage crowds and remain calm in stressful situations;
  • The ability to stand for extended periods of time;
  • Available to work weekends, nights and public holidays;
  • POS knowledge;
  • Bilingualism is an asset.
