Position Summary:

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the Night Runner is responsible for supporting the Night Team with guest requests, hourly property walks, ensuring public spaces are open/closed on time, and assisting with safety procedures at Eldorado Resort.

What will you be doing?

You will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standard:

• Hourly property walks of all spaces
• Identify and report any safety or security risks
• Lock up areas on property when they close
• Check doors to ensure they remain locked overnight
• Support Night Auditors with guest requests
• Support Night Auditors with guest concerns or issues if they arise
• Check to ensure public areas are stocked and ready for guests
• Open fitness centre and other Resort areas each morning
• Prepare lobby coffee stations each morning
• Assist Night Auditors with any emergency procedures if they arise
• Follow hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety policies and procedures
• Assist other departments and employees wherever necessary
• All other duties as assigned

• Able to learn and execute all emergency procedures
• Previous experience in hospitality is an asset
• Current first aid certification required
• Available to work nights (11am-7am) on weekdays, weekends, and holidays
