Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Front Store Clerk/Cosmetician to join our team at Pharmasave #416 in Weyburn, Saskatchewan.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide personalized advice on cosmetic products, including product benefits, features, and suitability
- Offer touch-up services as needed and maintain accurate customer profiles and cosmetic cards
- Gather and report customer suggestions, missing items, and pricing issues to the supervisor
- Assist with or lead themed events, promotional activities, and product launches in partnership with brand representatives
- Monitor store activity attentively to prevent shoplifting and ensure a secure shopping environment
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions, including handling cash, debit, and credit card payments, and preparing regular cash reports and deposits
- Verify product pricing and make necessary adjustments according to the POS or distributor pricing lists
- Build product displays for promotional and regular merchandise, and perform standard merchandising tasks such as facing and stock rotation based on expiry dates
- Maintain clean and organized shelves, counters, and merchandisers, ensuring a professional presentation
- Conduct regular inventory counts and return damaged or expired products to suppliers following proper procedures
- Confirm deliveries against order lists and sign off on received shipments
- Order products for assigned sections based on sales targets, monitor stock levels, follow up with suppliers, and coordinate credits when needed
- Review upcoming specials weekly to anticipate ordering needs and meet with brand reps for seasonal or promotional planning
- Stay informed about new products and industry trends by participating in training sessions, supplier workshops, or using the company extranet
- Support management by meeting established sales goals and performing additional duties as assigned
- High school or vocational diploma in cosmetology is an asset
- Minimal experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Ability to operate an e-terminal system proficiently
- Strong customer care and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and autonomy
- Empathetic and communicative with a team-oriented mindset.
- Criminal Record Check required.
- 40 hours per week.
- The store is open from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
