The Aaltos Manager is responsible for the successful operation of the Aaltos Restaurant. This position is responsible for managing all operations of the restaurant and lounge areas, ensuring compliance with established standards, optimizing revenue, and delivering exceptional guest satisfaction. The Aaltos Manager is also accountable for staffing, training, scheduling, inventory control, and cost management within those departments.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and maximize revenue opportunities in Aaltos and Playmakers Gaming Lounge. Create action plans to achieve financial results for both revenue centers
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness, including inventory control, managing labor costs and other cost management
- This is a hands-on working management position, and the Manager is expected to work in the venues regularly, specifically during special events and peak periods
- Approve and monitor schedules for both departments
- Recruit, hire, and train staff
- Manage online reputation scores and report them monthly. Ensure guest comments are reviewed, and respond to address concerns and thank guests for positive feedback
- Develop monthly contests and upsell programs to increase guest check averages
- Oversee the planning and execution of holiday buffets, ensuring all details are handled professionally and to the highest standards
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively
- All other duties as required
- Exceptional organizational skills, time management, and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of scheduling using a software considered an asset
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable to constant change
- Physically fit to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time
- Lifting/carrying may be required
- Must be available to work a variety of shifts
