What You’ll Like About This Job

Lafarge Canada is seeking experienced Concrete Finishers for municipal infrastructure work in Coquitlam, BC. This Lead Hand role includes supervising concrete crews, overseeing high-quality curb and sidewalk construction, and training junior team members. Candidates should have a strong background in forming, pouring, and finishing concrete with leadership experience in municipal environments.

What You’ll Need

• 3+ years experience in concrete construction
• Valid driver’s license and transportation
• Experience in municipal concrete projects
• Ability to read blueprints and project specs
• Leadership and supervisory skills
• Proficiency with Build2Win, SiteDocs
  
  

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of concrete curing methods and surface treatments
• Previous experience mentoring crew members
