We’re seeking a proactive and analytical Account Manager to join our Owned & Operated Department. This is not a client-facing role — instead, you’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing internal marketing assets, including landing pages, quizzes, funnels, and creative flows. Acting as the central coordinator between design, development, media buying, and analytics teams, you will ensure that all assets are delivered on time, perform efficiently, and align with business goals.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or ad operations
Solid understanding of performance marketing and affiliate campaign mechanics
Experience with tracking platforms (e.g., Everflow, Tune) and campaign setup
Familiarity with key metrics: CR, CTR, ROI, and ability to act on performance data
Experience preparing contracts, handling onboarding, and working with legal/compliance teams
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to multitasking
Proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership
Understanding of Ping/Post API workflows, including lead pre-validation and full post submission
Responsibilities
Set up new offers in tracking platforms by collecting creatives and assets and ensuring technical accuracy
Deliver daily reports on campaign spend, pacing, and performance
Analyze marketing data and implement performance-based optimizations
Prepare contracts and onboarding documentation for new partners
Ensure all legal and compliance requirements are met
Manage creative delivery and campaign integrations
Troubleshoot tracking issues and resolve campaign performance challenges
Maintain accurate records of insertion orders, invoices, and payments
Collaborate with designers on creatives and marketing messages
Identify and implement performance improvements to increase revenue
Recommend campaigns based on data insights and partner profiles
Implement and optimize Ping/Post API integrations to support lead delivery and buyer response in co-reg paths
