What will you do?

You will be a key contributor to our efforts to integrate a substantial amount of new automated equipment into our production processes, as well as enhance our existing automated assembly and testing equipment. Your creative thinking will be essential in devising efficient and practical solutions to complex manufacturing challenges, utilizing a diverse array of equipment, including the Planar Motor system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical and/or controls tasks depending on the candidate's specific skillset.
  • Design, build and validate automated assembly equipment, production test benches and other custom production machines.
  • Enhance current custom production machinery and optimize production workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering
  • Strong mechanical design and/or programming abilities
  • Proven experience integrating complex automation projects
  • Practical hands-on prototyping and troubleshooting skills
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including senior executives, engineering teams, and non-technical stakeholders
