Role Definition

Determine and execute the steps necessary to properly perfect our security interest on all financed equipment and ensure all reporting is updated in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated ability to ensure a secured portfolio through determining the appropriate steps necessary to perfect our security interest including reviewing credit conditions, filing timely and accurate UCCs/PPSAs/ RDPRMs, evaluating PMSI eligibility and determining the need for lien searches and subordinations.
  • Collecting, analyzing, entering information to prepare contracts.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret various documentation.
  • Communicating with customers, dealers and sales team on contract process details.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage numerous tasks with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
