Our client is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Lead to own and lead the SFMC and MCP practice. This hybrid position is based in Montreal with an initial 3-month contract and strong potential for extension or full-time conversion in 2026.

About The Role
Our client is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Lead to own and lead the SFMC and MCP practice. This hybrid position is based in Montreal with an initial 3-month contract and strong potential for extension or full-time conversion in 2026.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the full implementation and optimization of SFMC and MCP solutions
- Build and launch campaigns using Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP)
- Utilize Einstein Recipes across email and multi-channel campaigns
- Design and manage transactional journeys using SFMC APIs including recent enhancements (e.g., JB batch entry)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution
- Proven track record of launching multiple campaigns through MCP
- Deep knowledge of SFMC platform and APIs
- Experience with Einstein Recipes and multi-channel campaign strategy
- Strong communication skills and leadership mindset
- Hybrid work model in Montreal
