The Opportunity

The WCB is currently seeking a General Counsel to join the team!

Reporting directly to the CEO, the General Counsel is the WCB's senior legal advisor, entrusted with delivering effective legal counsel and support to the WCB Administration and its Board of Directors. In this role, you will address matters related to The Workers Compensation Act, the workers' compensation system, and a broad range of legal areas—including privacy law, contracts, employment/labour law, labour relations, and human rights—ensuring that the organization operates with impeccable legal integrity
