About The Role

To support our peak periods, we are building a dynamic team of contract Event Producers. Join our rapid hiring sprint for a fully remote (within Canada), 4 week project starting July 14th, with opportunities for recurring engagements.

This role involves audio editing, webcast management (updating and archiving), and other essential support tasks. We are seeking detail-oriented, technically adept, and analytically minded individuals with outstanding organizational skills and a passion for online events. You'll need superior communication abilities for executive-level interaction.

This flexible position is perfect for students, freelancers, or anyone with part-time availability, offering 4-8 hour weekday shifts between 7AM-8PM EST, Monday-Friday.

What You'll Do

  • Management of audio recording session and post–editing
  • Uploading resources and materials to webcast console
  • Archiving webcasts post production
  • Flexible hours - shifts can range from 4 to 8 hours (Monday to Friday)
  • Proactive issue reporting
  • Escalation of issues to appropriate resources when required

Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of PC and/or Mac-based environments
  • Experience using Descript or similar audio editing software
  • Digital/web experience is a must
  • Prior experience in a client facing role
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to verbally communicate instructions and direction clearly and effectively
  • Ability to handle a fast paced, high pressure environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Events background – media or digital events an asset (such as webcasting/webinars)
