We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Human Capital Management Solution & Systems Specialist to oversees the operational support of systems and processes that our Firm uses across the HCM division and broader Firm.

In the Human Capital Management division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed. This is a Director level position within the Human Capital Management Service Enablement who will play a key role in enabling HR systems, tools, and processes that support a positive experience for employees within and external to HCM. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in HR systems and data analysis, and thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

What You'll Do In The Role

  • Lead/support HCM systems projects, including the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of new modules and enhancements
  • Manage the analysis, improvement, and documentation of existing HR processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend automation or system improvements.
  • Work closely within HCM, IT and business stakeholders to assess needs and translate processes into solutions within Workday and other HCM systems
  • Maintain, monitor, and continuously improve ongoing processes in current HCM systems
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions within HCM teams and with external vendors
  • Ensure data accuracy across systems and use data to influence decisions on tools, systems, and new process designs

What You'll Bring To The Role

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Strong experience with Workday, Salesforce, and other similar platforms with demonstrated success in HR systems, service enablement, and project execution
  • Strong data analytics and problem-solving skills, with a high degree of initiative and creativity
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and HR shared services environments
