Purpose:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring that our physical workspaces are safe, functional, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will coordinate maintenance services, manage vendor relationships, and assist in space planning and office logistics.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all facilities-related inquiries and issues.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair services with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Manage building systems including HVAC, lighting, and plumbing, etc.
  • Maintain records of maintenance schedules, inspections, and service reports.
  • Support office moves, space planning, and workstation setups.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory of facility-related equipment.
  • Assist in budgeting and cost tracking for facility operations.
  • Respond to emergency situations in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support workplace needs.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Facility Management Professional (FMP) Certification preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in facilities coordination or office management.
  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel to various sites on a periodic basis.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
