**5 days/week on-site in Markham office**


You’ll be the go-to support for two important teams: our Sales Representatives and our CEO. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations seamless and our customers happy. Responsibilities include:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and process customer orders with accuracy.
  • Provide customers with clear and timely quotations.
  • Generate and maintain price lists.
  • Perform data entry of sales, customer, and inventory information.
  • Help update product and inventory info on our website.
  • Contribute to projects related to pricing, inventory, or catalog accuracy.
  • Assist with maintaining and organizing product and operational data.
  • Perform regular online research to support internal decision-making.
  • Support day-to-day updates and quality control across our systems.
  • Help prepare internal documentation and reporting.
  • Identify inconsistencies or gaps and help improve internal workflows.
  • Take ownership of repeatable daily tasks that help keep things on track.
  • Be available to assist the CEO with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Comfort working with data entry and ERP/CRM systems is a must.
  • Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with changing priorities.
  • Strong customer service mindset – friendly, responsive, and proactive.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
