Ready to take the reins of a global infrastructure that spans 70+ sites across 20 countries? We’re looking for a seasoned IT leader who thrives in complex environments, loves solving big problems, and knows how to drive transformation at scale. The ideal candidate would be in commutable distance from Indianapolis, IN or Dayton, OH. This is a hybrid role with a lot of flexibility to work remote.
This isn’t just another ops role. You’ll be steering global projects, shaping our cloud-first roadmap, and leading the charge on everything from virtualization and storage to M&A integrations and Azure EntraID. If you’ve got the scars (and the stories) from years in the trenches of enterprise IT, this is your next big move.

What You’ll Own
- Lead global server/storage initiatives – from design to deployment to day-2 support.
- Run point on cross-functional projects – think cloud migrations, data center consolidations, and M&A rollouts.
- Document like a pro – policies, procedures, and playbooks that keep the engine running.
- Keep the lights on – proactive monitoring, patching, and performance tuning.
- Train and support – empower frontline teams with the tools and knowledge they need.
- Be on-call (rotationally) – because infrastructure doesn’t sleep.
- Troubleshoot like a boss – root cause, not just symptom-chasing.
- Partner with vendors and internal teams – align tech with business goals.
- Own your projects – from kickoff to closeout, with an eye on quality, cost, and delivery.
- Plan budgets – capital and expense, with a strategic lens.
- 10+ years in IT infrastructure – you’ve seen it all and then some.
- Manager or Director-level chops – you’ve led teams, projects, and strategy.
- Deep project management skills – PMP not required, but you speak the language.
- Cloud-savvy – Azure, hybrid models, and cloud-native thinking.
- Tech stack fluency – Microsoft AD, server OS, Cisco, Palo Alto, virtualization, HCI.
- Global experience – you know how to navigate time zones, cultures, and complexity.
- Team-first mindset – you collaborate, communicate, and elevate those around you.
- Bachelor’s in IT/CS – or equivalent real-world experience.
