Job Description
We are seeking a Manager Corporate Real Estate Transactions to oversee and manage real estate transactions across a diverse portfolio, including office, industrial (warehouse), and land assets. This role plays a pivotal part in executing real estate strategies that align with business objectives while ensuring operational excellence in lease administration, transaction execution, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
The ideal candidate has experience managing complex real estate deals, is a strategic thinker with a strong background in financial and legal aspects of real estate and excels in cross-functional leadership and vendor coordination.

We are seeking a Manager Corporate Real Estate Transactions to oversee and manage real estate transactions across a diverse portfolio, including office, industrial (warehouse), and land assets. This role plays a pivotal part in executing real estate strategies that align with business objectives while ensuring operational excellence in lease administration, transaction execution, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities
Transaction Management
- Lead end-to-end real estate transactions: lease, sublease, purchase, sale, sale/lease-back, etc.
- Develop and execute strategic transaction plans aligned with corporate goals.
- Coordinate and manage brokerage teams, internal stakeholders, and legal counsel through negotiations and contract execution.
- Oversee and support lease negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and risk mitigation.
- Support legal review for all transaction documents (leases, PSAs, estoppels, SNDAs).
- Ensure timely project execution, reporting, and alignment with transaction KPIs.
- Manage lease-related documentation into real estate management systems.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure portfolio optimization aligned with workplace strategy.
- Support ongoing lease administration, including renewals, and terminations.
- Oversee special projects including site acquisition, relocation, decommissioning, and restoration.
- Lead workspace planning initiatives across office, warehouse, and other footprints.
- Execute site exit strategies including restoration, handover, or consolidation projects.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across the real estate portfolio.
- Drive data-driven decision-making through market analysis and financial performance metrics.
- Generate ad hoc reports for senior leadership, tracking KPIs and transaction metrics.
- Create and implement standardized processes, tools, and documentation to drive efficiency.

- Communication and Presentation Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field (required); MBA or relevant Master’s (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of corporate real estate experience, including high-level transaction management and lease negotiations across office and industrial environments.
- Professional Designaiton: MCR or related designation is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), lease administration databases, and financial modeling tools.
- Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial real estate legal documents and processes.
- Proven ability to manage complex, high-value transactions and drive results across a global or national real estate portfolio.
- Experience working cross-functionally with legal, finance, facilities, and external brokers.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
