We are currently hiring a Marketing Coordinator, Evolve based in our Head Office in Burnaby.

Please note that this is a hybrid role based out of our Burnaby, BC office (3 Remote / 2 On Site). Applicants who are not located within commuting distance of our Head Office or are not looking to relocate to the Greater Vancouver/Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley region will not be considered.

Internal Applicants: Please note that the role is a Grade 8 position.

The salary range for this position is $54,957.00 to $65,261.40 and is determined via job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 5%, with the opportunity to earn up to 9%

What you’ll do:

  • Compile briefing documents for internal teams and external agencies
  • Support the development of branded content, such as social posts, video, web assets, digital media content
  • Implement marketing and paid media campaigns
  • Maintains and monitors the marketing calendar and plan, ensuring campaigns and project schedules are accurately aligned
  • Analyze campaigns’ data and performance and compile reports
  • In liaison with PR agency and internal teams to identify communication strategies and tactics
  • Draft communication plans and documents in collaboration with agency
  • Coordinate B2C and B2B events to enhance brand awareness and ridership
  • Coordinate with external partners on event logistics
  • Serve as Brand Ambassador at events, and be responsible for agency trainings and on-site management
  • Track KPIs effectively and compile summary report post-event
  • Manage bike and scooter audit reports
  • Track marketing budget and organize PO/invoicing with vendors


What you bring:

  • Consumer marketing awareness: ability to understand and interpret consumer behavior, brand strategies, and customer needs
  • Knowledge in marketing tactics: familiar with a range of traditional and digital marketing tactics and strategies, showcasing a foundational understanding of marketing principles
  • Marketing and communications experience: practical experience in marketing and communications, demonstrating an understanding of effective messaging and promotional tactics
  • Critical thinking: ability to think strategically
  • Project management skills: capacity to work independently under pressure and tight timelines, effectively managing tasks and priorities to meet deadlines
  • Valid BC Driver’s License with a clear driver’s abstract required for travel throughout the province (annual driver’s abstract required)
