About The Role

A well-established full-service law firm in Langley is seeking a Senior Corporate Lawyer with strong litigation and advisory experience to join its growing practice. This is a unique opportunity for a lawyer who thrives in a barrister/solicitor capacity-handling corporate disputes while also advising clients on business law matters.

The firm serves a base of over 1,200 corporate clients, many of whom require ongoing legal support, including litigation, governance, and contract-related advice. This is not a siloed litigation role. The ideal candidate is collaborative, strategic, and interested in delivering full-spectrum service alongside the firm's solicitors and advisors. A portable book of business is required.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in corporate litigation and business advisory
• Confidence managing litigation files from intake to resolution
• Strong negotiation, advocacy, and problem-solving skills
• A client-focused approach and the ability to anticipate business risks and provide proactive legal counsel
• A portable book of business that complements the firm's corporate clientele
