Role Mandate:
The Director plays a key role providing financial support to the Home & Entertainment and Health & Beauty (“HEHB”) Business Unit. The successful candidate will lead the budgeting, forecasting and reporting function for the business and provide financial analyses to support strategic and operational business functions.

Role Mandate:

Accountabilities:
- Plan, oversee, review and interpret results and provide analytical support to business as required
- Preparation of Senior Management financial presentations and reporting packages
- Report on results from capital investments and conduct analyses to provide insights to the team to ensure projects meet expectations
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in all financial support areas (i.e. financial processes, reporting, budgeting, etc).
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Develop strong cross-functional partnerships and relationships to support key initiatives as needed
- Mentor and coach team members in achieving their goals and IDPs, provide feedback and address any performance issues
- Minimum 6-8 years previous experience in a related role.
- Strong business acumen, with an ability to focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Quality driven and detail oriented.
- Advanced Excel, proficiency and experience with business intelligence (BI) tools such as Microstrategy.
- Professional Finance Designations such as CPA-CMA; or MBA preferred
