Position Summary: Reporting to the Sr. Director, Retail Sales, the Key Account Manager is responsible for achieving annual volume targets associated with the national business for a specific customer. The KAM role is to work directly with the National Account Manager to manage total Loblaws deli and drive profitable growth.

- Manage a key customer banner for deli on both branded and private label products
- Supporting promotional strategy, forecasts and plans with customer for total
- Attend customer meetings – bi-weekly and/or monthly
- Meet or exceed volume targets
- Use of customer data to provide key insights and analysis to support sell stories and improving results
- Supporting the NAM on day-to-day business – meeting prep, administrative work, performance analysis
- Support monthly Sofina performance review
- Development of customer presentations and proposals including new product proposals, business reviews.
- Effectively manage and reconcile all rebates, allowances, deductions and receivables with the applicable trading partners.
- University degree or college diploma
- 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the protein or food industry
- Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Willingness and ability to travel as required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred)
