Prevost, a division of Volvo Group Canada Inc., is currently looking for Branch Manager for its Mississauga’s Service Center.What you will do:
The Branch Manager - Mississauga, has a key role in the Volvo Group, Prevost Division to develop and mobilize the members of their team to meet business goals and ensure repeat business and continued customer loyalty
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site leadership; motivation and direction for the branch staff
- Expand the customer base and branch profitability
- Leading and fostering winning teams, cross functionally, while challenging status quo
- Implement improvements and efficiencies in the branch Develop personal, professional and technical skills for themselves and their team on an ongoing basis
- Resolve conflicts between the team members and customers
- High degree of fostering team working within demanding environment
- Business owner mentality (entrepreneur mindset) with strong financial acumen
- Ability to interpret Profit & Loss (P & L) statement – with ability to develop strategies / business management corrections to exploit market opportunities, business development
- Ensure the compliance with policies, rules, and values of the company
- Additional responsibilities assigned by manager

Who are you?
- 10 years of industry-related experience are preferred
- Bachelor’s degree with a business major preferred or any equivalent training
- Excellent knowledge about bus, truck, and/or automotive industry
- Good computer knowledge with Microsoft Office software’s
- Negotiation skills – ability to balance both sides of sales equation (customer / business objectives)
- SAP software knowledge would be a big plus
The Branch Manager’s success will be evaluated by key metrics that include, but are not limited to:
- Customer satisfaction levels
- Branch profitability
- Teamwork and employee satisfaction
- Health and safety level
- Schedules and deadlines

- Strong managerial, organizational & interpersonal skills
- Extensive customer contract, including building & maintaining customer relationships
