We offer a broad range of automation, electrification and digital solutions for process, hybrid and maritime industries, including industry-specific integrated control and software as well as measurement and analytics solutions and services.
Your Role: Own the Challenge
- Design and develop electronic circuits, including both digital and analog modeling and simulation.
- Select electronic components.
- Design embedded software (microcontroller, FPGA) as well as test software.
- Contribute to the writing of design documentation, technical budgets, and testing and commissioning documentation.
- Participate in the commissioning and testing of electronic boards.
- Take part in multidisciplinary design reviews and present progress at various stages of the project.
- Actively participate and collaborate in project planning and estimation tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering, or a college diploma (DEC) in Programmable Electronics and Robotics (TSO), with at least 10 years of experience in electronic engineering.
- Advanced knowledge of VHDL/Verilog programming and strong proficiency in C/C++ programming for microcontrollers.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of electronic circuits; skilled in prototyping and commissioning electronic boards.
- Knowledge of the following software is an asset: Altium Designer, Pspice, Matlab, Python; good command of both French and English, spoken and written. French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis.
