Our client, a general contractor based in the Fraser Valley, specializes in Commercial Tenant Improvements and Multi-Family Residential projects. They are currently seeking a Site Superintendent who is experienced, professional, and highly capable.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and oversee all aspects of the construction process
• Manage subcontractors and supervise small crews effectively
• Read and interpret blueprints with confidence
• Apply experience with wood-frame construction
• Work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team
• Plan and allocate resources efficiently, including manpower and equipment
• Maintain productivity and ensure top-quality workmanship
• Foster a positive, safe, and team-oriented work environment
• Communicate job site priorities and issues to the Project Manager promptly
• Keep the site clean, organized, and safe
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
• Conduct on-site safety orientations and maintain daily safety documentation
• Enforce safety procedures and incident reporting protocols
  
  

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on construction experience
• Red Seal Certification
• Level 1 First Aid Certification
