- Analyze datasets to uncover trends and actionable insights.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Clean, transform, and model data using Power Query, DAX and SQL.
- Ensure data accuracy and reliability through quality assessments.
- Apply data visualization best practices for intuitive reporting.
- Collaborate with teams to document client data and reporting needs.
- Support ad hoc reporting and other data projects as needed.
- You are enrolled in a bachelor’s or master's degree program in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas), PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex HR data sets.
- Excellent communication skills to present insights effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Location: Administrative Centre (CA)
- Duration: 4 months
